We are a small, family run mail order business, although you will see us at Quilt Shows throughout the year. We aim to be a quick, friendly and reliable source for all your quilting gadgets.

Payment and Ordering

Payment can be made by Bank Deposit, Visa, Mastercard, Cheque and Money Order. Payment can also be made using Reward Points. Orders can be placed over the internet website, by mail, over the phone or by fax.

For your convenience, here is a link to the Bendigo Bank branch locator - put in your postcode and it will tell you where to found your nearest over the counter branch.

Postage

OzQuilts offers free nationwide shipping for all orders over $150 before shipping charges (Rolls of Batting are excluded and the actual courier cost is charged, please contact us for a quote).

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation. If we are out of stock we will call or email you to advise of the expected delivery time frame. We send parcels via Australia Post and some by courier. We deliver to your home, work or PO box addresses, as well as to rural and regional areas within Australia.

Australia Post's Delivery Tracking Service has become available online in late 2007. Enter your Express Post or Registered Post tracking number to see where your parcel is!. This service is new and will be expanded in the future.
